New Release Date and Training Scheduled

Program Release

Many of you have already heard the news of Virginia Housing’s Conventional program changes, which includes the introduction of Freddie Mac. We are delighted to inform you that the new Conventional and Conventional No MI programs will be available earlier than anticipated, beginning September 9, 2020.

The program guidelines are attached and will be available on Virginia Housing’s website September 9th.
