- These income limits apply to all Virginia Housing loans.
- The expanded income limits apply to Conventional, FHA, VA and RHS non-bond programs and there is no sales price limit for these non-bond programs.
- The sales price limits apply to Virginia Housing bond loans with or without a Virginia Housing Grant or Plus Second Mortgage. The sales price limits do not apply to Virginia Housing non-bond programs.
- The income limit and sales price limit, if applicable, of the first mortgage applies to the Plus Second Mortgage.
- Loan amounts that include financed guaranty fees or mortgage insurance premiums plus a Virginia Housing second mortgage, if applicable, cannot exceed Virginia Housing’s sales price limits.
- Conventional loans follow maximum conforming loan limits.
- Please check with your Virginia Housing-approved lender to verify income, sales price, and loan limits for your purchase.
